Probably soldier 76 has the lower learning curve/results ratio, defence hero is probably junkrat, tank would be Orisa/ Winston, support would be zenyatta/ mercy

I think moira is pretty easy if you have that heal over dmg aditude. My first potg was with mei and if you have a nack for positioning try bastion aswell.
