The white dome and other tweets suggest it's Brigitte as there seems to be a theme revolving around Torb and Rein. I was hoping it wouldn't be Brigitte because I feel there are other characters which should've been implemented but unless they just do a full 180 and have just put that stuff there as red herrings it does heavily suggest Brigitte
