fellas, can anyone help me. its obvious i got a crap laptop. but until the last windows 10 update my game ran "fine", and after the update my framerate is all over the place going between 25 and 70 80 regardless of how much stuff is on the screen and my mouse skips unless i lock to 30 fps. with shit performance i can live but its unplayable if i cant freaken aim. anyone know wtf might be going on ?

no clue but until you find a fix you can always roll back to the previous update
