Doing my first build for a gaming rig soon, you guys have any suggestions on what parts I should get?

Start here first. How much are you willing to spend?

With your budget $300 Just get a prebuilt imo.. But look for a i3/r3 or a Pentium (g4560)

$600 would get you a decent start at getting in pc gaming.. Although the lowest I would say you could go and get a computer that is good for a decent amount of time is right around $800

Give you the ability to have a 1060 6gb + i5 which is more than enough to game on
