Does anyone know why it's doing this? the screen shows the hdmi like its gonna turn on but goes back to no signal an I lost my 2 lights on the front of the case

Try checking for any dust and secure the connections.

Change the PCIe seat on the board if you have a second one.

If the lights on the front of the case aren't working and your 8 pin case connectors are secure then the motherboard is refusing to post, it wouldn't be a gpu issue if this was the case

HDMI port on the card might be dead that's what happened with my 680

Make sure the monitor is set to HDMI and not one of the other adapters..
