I usually turn mine off for the night but sometimes it goes like 2 days without turning it off.

The new rig, however, I do leave on all the time but I don't think I should .-.

i try to never power my systems down, only time I do is for a hardware upgrade, or the rare patch that is not available as a hotfix

I turn mine off whenever I am not using it such as games or downloading something. It can be on for long period of times when I use it, but I want to make sure it lasts me the money I put into it. Plus why raise my electric bill?
