Can someone help me make a build purely for gaming ? i want to game at 1080p at 144hz refresh rate.
I am selling my old pc cause i can get a good price for it :) I am having doubts between ryzen 5 1600 or intel i5-6600k/7600k
to be honest i would like to get a rx580 in it as well to use the freesync

Freesync and Gsync aren't worth it.

It's better to keep the monitor at the stable high refresh rate. And a 580 isn't worth it, in my opinion.
