Can anyone help me? My gray joy con connects to my switch but it doesn't turn on. The lights don't flash either.

Not sure, it doesn't register to the console.

I think that happened to me once and I had to re sync it by holding down the sync button. For some reason simply plugging it into the Switch wasn't enough to sync.
