Can anyone help I’m trying to raise the Dino spawn on my server but can’t figure it out ... adding this mod do it or not ?

Those are outdated mods. The change the Dino and player level caps. Depending on the server host you may have to go into the ini files if there is not a setting to adjust spawns.
