Maybe both? Give him fan hammer dmg but nerf range, or give him range but no fan hammer. Make it an option to choose between?

The problem is. Fan The Hammer in its current State is absolute garbage. It’s much better to just Headshot people, even for tanks. I now only use Fan the hammer when I know I’ll miss my headshot or on a Reinhardt Barrier. Reverting it will make it op tho.
