Motion blur is one of the useless visual effects. Its okay for racing games to have.

Why do you even need motion blur?
It's there to give you a fake sense of fast pace i.e generally uses to mimic high frame rate that's why it is used in movies

You don't need it unless you have a bad pc and you want the game to give you a flase sense of high fps
