If they're going to nerf it to the point that it underpowers her, yes, she should have something else other than rez. Which it looks like that seems to be their plan.

If they're going to treat it with actual care and not just completely murder her as a functional character in the game, then no, it is still salvageble.

If they will remove it they have to give her something very powerful. At this point her ult is not ult anymore.
