There is no magic in OW, its all science "not that logic matter in a game"
So it make total sense to turn off his music and wall ride
You can argue about Soldier's sprint "he is an old man with a shit ton of stuff in his body maybe some of them are electro"
Or about McCree's roll "its a clickable skill tho"
Sombra is perfectly balanced as she is
And if your excuse is "it doesnt make sense" remember she should be able to hack almost all left click weapons in the game (Genji,symmetra,Moira,doomfist...etc)

Blizzard admitted she is unbalanced right now, they just rushed her to open servers. They are changing her so that when she's interrupted she has a 2 sec cooldown on hack. Sombra is fine minus that.
