I found 2 in a little over hang with a water fall by the outside of the snow by where it's like the waste land and where the big castle is like high up on a ledge. Think the longitude is 25 and latitude is 24

I have problems finding them too. I actually found a unicorn but can't seem to find otters and I've looked in every pond, waterfall and stream.

If u dont find them in certain areas, kill off the fish in rhe pond n come back later. Eventually they'll spawn back in

Anywhere that sabertooth salmon spawn, the otters have a chance to. Best option is to kill all the fish, barys, spinos, hesperornis, everything around a pond, wait for respawns and check for otters.

Double pond near Green ob is the best place I've found - I've tamed 10+ over there

Or, if you're just bored of looking, and you're Xbox PvE New, I've got both non-mut and mut otters for trade

Right next to blue orb I find them there everytime. And redwoods big ponds. Their supposed to spawn with beavers too although ive not seen one with them.
