If you touched that little guy you probably shorted it out or more likely whatever it is connected to. I doubt you can replace it. I don't know what it is connected to or even what it is (probably a resistor, a transistor, or a capacitor.) You probably need a new board.

you didn’t upgrade to a ssd did you? i did that on my similar gigabyte mobo and now it boot loops.
as far as i can tell my issue is that the bios does not recognize the ssd as a valid boot device and skips over it while booting

my solution isn’t that great unfortunately i forcibly restart until i can get into the boot menu, then boot from there

it’s pretty much guaranteed to happen on a cold boot and i’m not sure of the pattern on a warm boot, it seems to be pretty random
