Try hard reset your Xbox

Make sure you smartglass app is fully loaded before hitting the text box open too. Otherwise it causes issues.

Charge your phone. 5% = things get weird sometimes.

1. Verify you are on the same WiFi (Looks like you are)
2. Verify your connected to the Xbox with the Xbox app.
3. Pull a battery out of your controller, and make sure it is assigned to your GT, then press any key in Ark to assign it back to your player.
4. Reboot your XBOX, and\or Phone.

Just because he's in the admin screen doesn't mean he's cheating. There dozens of useful commands that admins use that n no way are cheating

Everytime this happens to me I️ just unplug my power block from the Xbox when it’s off. It works like a charm
