Anyone know if there are any good pvp servers without a lot of trolls that’s freindly official and can you switch Dino’s from pvp to pve

No you cannot transfer from pve to PvP atall. Not dinos not toons not items. PvP and pve are different game modes. Just like prim+ is different then normal. Also there's extinction servers that reset every 30 days. Cross ark servers, those you can only transfer to and from those specific server types.
