Anyone every had steam open in background processes but not actually open. I forced close and reopened, reinstalled it, and deleted this .blob file people say to delete in blogs. Nothing seems to work, any ideas?

Most of the time for me it's an update trying to start when steam does when you click on the exe. Is it currently installed?
