If u have a nvidia graphics card like me.. dont use the latest driver because it has some optimization issues on a couple of games including overwatch

It's an Nvidia problem. I fixed mine by messing around with the settings

do you alt tab frequently? and do you play on a 60hz or higher hz monitor?

While streaming yes, otherwise I'm at 300. Never used to get drops while streaming tho.

Zach Johnson make sure you're playing in fullscreen mode, and if you ever alt tab, ensure that you go into options and turn of the "reduce buffering" setting and hit apply, then turn it back on and hit apply once you have finished alt tabbing, as i said to a couple other people- might fix ur issue
