Anyone else getting black screen at the tower?

Yup i got it every time i tried to get into the tower, eventually just left it alone and eventually it loaded me in, and hasn't happened since

Either continue to fast travel to the tower or just go somewhere else then back

It's amazing how Bungie promptly nerfs shit on a dime, but it takes them years to get around to fixing game breaking bugs.

It happens when there is too much ppl in the tower instance you are being put, I had it randomly from time to time, but it never forced me to alt+f4 the game for it to go away

Loading up at another destination then trying again has seemed to have helped me. Waiting, sometimes indefinitely, also has worked. Had to Alt-F4 a couple of times too.

Just fast travel too the middle point and it’ll reset

You have to purchase the tower screen from tess to fix that problem
