Don’t always sit and freeze people, learn how to snipe with practice you could take out a flying Phara

She's a heavy cc character. Tends to be situational but a good mei can turn a game and solo just about any other character.

Harass supports. Harass tanks. Use the icicle thing to shoot Pharah and Widow. Mei can beat any dps in 1v1 but you shouldn't wander off cause any 2v1 will pummel you. Also her freeze paired with anything is sure death, so buddy system is helpful.
