I found a torb, sym, road, dva, lucio, and Moira comp on mics is pretty good, sym and torb for defense, but torb can ult while running with the flag for a massive armor boost to stay alive. Lucio for speed, Moira for main healing, and road just tanks hits and heals. Road is also good at hooking faster characters with the flag back to your team.

It's intense when you are the lucio and you can feel the whole enemy team behind you XD
