Any help is appreciated. My R5 1600 won't post/fan don't spin and the cpu led debug is blinking.

I have tried the ff:
-reseated the processor
-placee ram on different dimm slot

Proc: R5 1600
Mb: Msi B350m Mortar

Note: The PSU 12pin connector is a bit loose on the motherboard power socket. I need to touch it harder to start power.
