I've got an MSI z270 gaming 5 board and an MSI gaming x 1080ti. I absolutely fell in love with the board. Its beautiful. I suppose I would fall in as an MSI fanboy as well. Great stuff. Have fun with that card. Seems like a pretty decent step up.

I had an MSI Radeon 7870 2GB card in my last gaming rig for a good 5-6 years, but the Gigabyte mobo was starting to die.

I wound up building a new rig with an EVGA 1080 instead this time around, but I did select an MSI Tomahawk Z370 mobo for a military themed build I'm working on now
