All fans running no boot loop or beeping only dram light on tried every slot still no post. Any suggestions?

Try reseating the cpu, it can sometimes solve these problems

am i wrong but should boot to bios even wiith ram out and a good cmos battery

If you reseat the cpu, remove your gpu and put the ram in the first dim slot, then reset bios and boot from onboard graphics if you have it... then if it still doesn't post, your ram is bad or your mobo is bad or a cpu pin is bent

If u get no signal error trying switch outputs of your monitor for correct cable its probably the gpu.
