After updating windows 10 to the new version that came out recently every thing looks like this at "1366X768" even the disktop, But at higher resolution it's look normaly .. the problem is my screen resolution is "1366X768" so any higher resolution isn't look comfortable 2 me. Any one have an idea to fix it please!!
