Asrock z170 fatal1ty mini itx. Come with USB 3.0 to 2.0 header plug, 1-4 fan extension to add 4 more fans and WiFi. Only issue is that the USB 3.0 header pin broke while installing the plug. Mobo is only a year old and still under warrenty if u want to RMA, but, other than that, works amazing. Asking 100$ shipped
