You know I really hate every windows update. Every time it maxes out my hard drive for no reason and makes my computers run like shit. How do i fix this?

Well I'm using a 960 pro and an i5 7600k and it still uses about 15% of my cpu and 10% of my dive so If you have a Sata ssd that's not abnormal for usage. Just turn off auto updates and do them before you go to bed.
