XB1 version will be the best as MS owns Minecraft, so they get all the updates first. You can't go wrong with the Switch version, it'll be getting the cross play update, so you can play with PC and Xbox players, (not PS4 players though, as they didn't want cross play).

It's minecraft, if you're not modding it to death on PC, you're not experiencing it properly.

If you use a good bluetooth controller and a strong android phone, pocket edition is pretty sweet. Without a bluetooth controller not so much. The switch version is pretty sweet, but smaller worlds than the ps4 and xbone and even pocket edition holds it back a little for me. Very little though, I enjoy all of the versions.
