Don't use ddr3 ..better get a ddr4 ram compatible with ur board

Yeah, first question is what platform are you using. For some it matters a lot.

What happens when my current ram speed is at 1330mhz then I combine it with a 1600mhz???

If it all works it will all run at the slowest speed.

Hard reality is the RAM will only work as fast as the slowest module. Aside from the speed, the timings should be taken into consideration... although in the last decade or so, timings seem to have become less and less relevant.

1333 and 1600 have been tested (think it was a linus vid but dont quote me) performance difference wasnt very much. They flagged about 5 fps or so boost for gaming
