I can usually run it without taking any damage but with a decent pike or sword you can take on the smaller worms easy enough. Then yeah parachute to the ledge at two o clock and wait

Vultures work good too usually can get to safe point before the queen before i have to heal them up got to have good stats tho cant just go with low health low melee ones. I make sure they have 3500-4000hp and at least 400 melee before they go in the cave

Sword shield and high hp or melee. Asc sword and asc sword like 4 shot normal 10 or 15 hits on queen
