What size ssd card do I need just to run my os
S Shane Miner Guest Sep 6, 2017 #3 you'd be fine with a 128GB I don't think they make smaller than that.
A Adel Yasser Guest Sep 6, 2017 #7 I have 128gb, its enough for os and programs, tho i rarely do rendering so my use=/= other dudes
W Willy Devereux Guest Sep 6, 2017 #8 Personally i say 512gb. I know it is overkill, but leaves lots of expanaion room.
J Jacob Tesmond Guest Sep 6, 2017 #12 For just your os not much. I'd go with a 64gb if that's all you're using it for. It won't take up that much space, so you'll have some extra room for small applications

M Michal Niekrasz Guest Sep 6, 2017 #13 drive C = SSD not a single game installed on it, as you can see 121GB taken but on the other hand Windows = 21GB and Program Files = 11.4GB

I Ian Scott Lyden Guest Sep 6, 2017 #15 I use a 128 for boot drive, partitioned up for 3 OSes. Several TB of old school spin up storage. I've played Fallout 4 installed to both the SSD and HDDs, there's almost no load time difference. OS performance? Big difference.
