After some recommendations most likely Friday, since my 750 can't even play a full game without freezing

Cheapest is 1050ti runs pretty well but not around 100$

And nope way over what I want to spend since the 1050 is 200, would like something equal maybe a tiny bit better then this 750 but I can spend over 100 maybe 150

You can get a 960 on eBay for around $100 little less if you search has performance in between 1050 and 1050 ti in most games

960 4gb version, or 970 if you can stretch to that price, otherwise the 760ti or 770 are strong, but barely an upgrade. However a original titan, or even a 680 would be a great upgrade on the vram and core, butt both run pretty hot. Overall I would recommend a GTX680, as it has twice the vram, but make sure you have good airflow and cooling In your case
