There is a purchasing system in this server.
Primitive Items are paid in crystal [E.g Musket, Viking Axe, Compound Bow Etc]
Vanilla Items are paid in Black Pearl [E.g STRUCTURES, Tek Bases, Metal Stuff, Wyvern Egg/Milk]

Here are some examples of what you can buy and how much it will cost:

Tek Foundation - 10 = 25 black pearls

Wyvern Fertilized Egg - 1 = 1250 black pearls

Fertilized Giga Egg - 1 = 1000 black pearls
