Struggling to work out how the front panel connectors go in and where exactly the mobile manual isn't very effective.. I'm using a Asus z270 p could I video someone or something

Asus makes a "Q" connector that you can plug your individual connectors into to a block that you simply just plug into the motherboard. Here's a link:
