After grinding last few days, agree 100% having more than 1 healer is definitely optimal. When playing with only one healer, just hope it's a mercy lol.

Solo healer can work but he team actually needs to stick with the healer and protect them from flankers/ snipers which doesn’t happen half the time.

When you make your team mate solo heal and they eventually get picked off realise it’s your own fault that you’re not getting heals till they get back.
With exceptions to crap healers that die straight away.

One healer is a common strat even in pro games. In ranked attack with one healer is fine. Having a main healer (Mercy/Moira) is necessary if solo healing.
