No, but I think the start up animation and the rocket speed should be quicker. So if you do miss, yourself back in the fight quicker and you can hit things easier.

This is one of those things where the events rarely directly effect a game. If your good with Rein you know how to charge without consequences. Imo

If a rein does a bad charge he deserves to be punished. He shouldn't be able to just cancel it, like if he accidentally throws himself off a cliff, thats his fault.
