farm by doing strikes, then trade them for the advanced versions (10 normal for 1 advanced)

Crucible matches or strikes. Strikes usually gives 2, but sometimes 1.

Strikes. Every now and then you get a blue (which is x10 of the green).

Heroic Strikes. Wagon of tokens, and the blue amps drop more often.

Easiest way, mayhem.
Best way is to combine it with weekly pvp milestone, you get powerfull engram + mats

heroic strikes, mostly. you might even get a blue Paradox from random caches, no matter what world your on, but its very rare to happen. Any kind of Crucible isn't a bad choice, either.

keep in mind, (kinda sorta spoiler warning if you weren't looking up what each verse gives you as a reward) Verse 10 is a sword (Future Safe 10 is it's name), and its another damn Adaptive Frame sword. So if you're already rocking a light sword at max power, i wouldnt sweat this one too much. i have a feeling they passed up a great chance to give us another heavyweight sword, since Crown-Splitter is the only freaking one I know about.

I find Mayhem to be the easiest, since it's Faster then strikes and it's loads of fun
