I mean, it is pretty obvious, if it's close range it counters long ranged heroes, long ranged heroes counter mid range, stun abilities counter flankers, high damage heroes counter tanks, flankers counter healers, and so on, it's no rocket science.

There is an app called overwatch counters.. You can select the enemy team comp and it will tell you best selection to go against them.. You can look at the counters for 1-6 heroes at a time.. for 1v1, 3v3 and 6v6
