Mechanically, sure. The hitboxes are generous and the movement speed is rarely faster than player reactions.
But that's not the goal of the game from a design standpoint, either.
Mastery without judgement of when and where to utilize it is wasted. OW rewards efficient use of resources over proficient deployment of them.

Atleast It's easy to pick up meaning I can play it with any of my friends
Not like those MOBA games, they are terrifying enough on their own, but then their are fighting games, I don't even know how can they be perceived as fun when you have to play it for atleast 2 years to be able to enjoy it and not mash buttons to win
