Orisa needs less hp on her shield, or a much longer cooldown on it. In my opinion, discuss.

Solution: Pick shield busters (Junkrat, Bastion, Roadhog, etc.)

I have to disagree simply because even as is, quite a few heroes melt her shield very quickly. Hell, Bastion alone melts a full REIN shield in about 4.5 seconds without assistance. I think Orisa would become an extremely unreliable tank with any significant changes to her shield.
