Ok, so i did story once when i was lvl 20 like 2 missions before Ghaul and LP 200, now i doing it second time, got lvl 20 befor IO and i'm 234 now... and fight are a lot more hard than before... are mobs scaling to my higher LP and that's why they are harder to defet?

That's what I observed , but I didn't verify

Zone mobs scale. A 20 im a lvl 5 zone will have similar difficulties killing. But a 5 in a lvl 20 zone will be vastly underpowered
