Ok having to youtube hell of alot stuff, trying to get money to get cylinder for the winding gears quest only need one more how do i know what i can sell out my inventory? Is there a section for just stuff to sell?

Yes, you can sell stuff. But I’d recommend getting stuff from collection points and start selling them. (I hope this helps)
