My friend tried installing extra 2gigs of ram and this screen popped up. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Ram probably isn't fitted correctly or isn't working correctly,try it with only the new ran then both see how he gets on

good plan also,friend of mine rang panicking the other night about his new build.was actually windows update that caused his blue screen and when he restarted it started installing updates no issues since

I wasn't trying to be a smart a$$. I've been through it with the same screen.

I tried loads of stuff and ended up having to do a system reset, you can still keep your files, but it's good to set a restore point every now and again..
