Touch the board, if it's super hot then no

I know it sounds dumb but it's reading at 248 degree F you wouldn't be able to touch it for long

It should be hot but not searing hot

If it's an budget motherboard, than there's no surprise. Asus sensors were always bad on budget motherboards.
