Milla Jovich plays the movie's heroine Natalie Artemis and is joined by a number of other characters including a mysterious man played by Thailand's famous martial artist and stuntman, Tony Jaa. Paul W. S. Anderson - who is also the man behind the Resident Evil film series - is acting as both the writer and director.
