I've got a pink female, purple female, and plain male dodo. Anyone know if genetics works when breeding?

How I think it works is you have a better chance with two of the same colour dodos to get a mutation, unless you just want to merge normal colours

It's a completely random chance for a mutation, nothing you can do to change it whatsoever.

Briefly though, yes. The offspring can inherit either parent's colours or a mix of both, or it can mutate.
