Its possible to reach 300 without Leviatan? Because the raid finder is a joke, imposible to match team. I think that pc community is very low.

It is possible. Do all the milestone activities except for raid, do Trials and go flawless every week, you can reach 300 easily

You can definitely do it. I have all 3 on ps4 maxed at 305. Never done raid
