It sucks so much that one's rank has to drop when others don't communicate or play as a team. Was in decent gold now got kicked to silver. One can't carry the whole team if there is no backbone or cohesion ...

Im the same, started low gold and cant get out of silver even when i heal, damage, collect points, push objectives....Every time i lose it drags me down and annoys the hell out of me

And it's not to blame wveryone, cause I have to be included in it as well, but when people don't mic up with no one, nothing good comes out of it. I think it's probably cause toxic players have taken the fun of it sometimes, and I try to do the best to not cuz at no one, but I rather encourage or tell people a good job they did or what can I help with, etc
