After the DLC was released I already had All 3 of my character’s at 305 they are all at 332 and 333 now and haven’t finished my milestones for this week either

Few hours add I went from 295 to 315. Now I'm asting 325 and have done the milestones, heroic strikes, and the raid on two characters

every tuesday it's like 5-7 powerful gears milestones that gives like atleast 5 in level raise. Atleast for me. Harder now around 329
